Who you see

A medically directed program.

Consultations, protocols, and follow-up are directed by Dr. Sandel.

Nothing is prescribed unless it is appropriate for you. Each therapy has its own protocol, monitoring, and reasons a particular patient may not be a candidate, and those are reviewed with you before anything begins.

What the program covers

Consultation and follow-up with Dr. Sandel.

Blood work, collected here or at any lab collection site.

Testosterone or enclomiphene therapy, each under its own protocol.

Recovery peptides, NAD+ and B12, and GLP-1 microdosing.

Workout and supplement guidance, ordered through our dispensary.

The program

Built to your labs, not to a package.

Every part below is prescribed on its own merits. Some men start with hormone therapy alone, others with recovery peptides or body-composition support and never need hormones at all. What you run is decided after your labs and your consultation.

Hormone therapy

Testosterone Therapy

Prescribed and monitored to your labs

The most established option in the program, run under the practice protocol with baseline labs, a dose set to your results, and scheduled follow-up bloodwork.

Prescription therapy with monitoring requirements and reasons a patient may not be a candidate.

Hormone therapy

Enclomiphene Therapy

An alternative to testosterone

Works by prompting your own production rather than replacing it, which matters to men concerned about fertility or coming off therapy later. Run under its own protocol.

Prescription therapy, off-label for this use, and reviewed against your labs and goals.

Body composition

GLP-1 Microdosing

Low-dose semaglutide or tirzepatide, weekly

A fraction of the standard weight-loss dose, aimed at appetite regulation and metabolic support while you train rather than rapid weight loss. Titrated to how you respond and paired with protein and resistance-training guidance.

Prescription medication with real side effects and monitoring. Microdosing is off-label and not appropriate for everyone.

Recovery

Wolverine Recovery Stack

BPC-157 + TB-500, subcutaneous

A take-home program supporting the body’s natural recovery response after surgery, hard training, or soft-tissue strain. Kits include supplies, injection teaching, storage instructions, and a dose calendar.

Experimental / off-label adjunct. Competitive athletes should disclose testing status before starting.

Energy

NAD+ and B12

Four-week take-home kit

NAD+ is central to how cells produce energy and repair themselves; B12 supports normal neurologic function and red blood cell production. The standard kit runs four weeks, with a version that adds B12.

Persistent fatigue should be medically evaluated. This supports wellness goals rather than replacing a diagnosis.

Before you start

Each of these is a medical decision.

Testosterone and enclomiphene are prescription therapies with their own risks and monitoring requirements. GLP-1 microdosing is an off-label use of a prescription medication. The recovery peptides are an experimental adjunct rather than an approved treatment. Each has its own protocol sheet, which your provider goes through with you before anything begins.

Supplements are supportive to training and nutrition rather than a substitute for either.

Start with the bloodwork.

Complete the intake form, come in for labs, and we will sit down with the results together.
