Male breast reduction
Gynecomastia, or male breast enlargement, can affect men of all ages and weights. It most frequently has no known cause, and can lead to discomfort and embarrassment in situations ranging from wearing a bathing suit, to form-fitting shirts at the gym, to professional business attire.
Gynecomastia surgery provides an immediate and permanent improvement in chest contour using tiny hidden incisions. This is often done through liposuction alone, or for men with significant excess skin on the chest, a modified breast reduction can flatten the chest and place the areola in a masculine location on the chest wall.

A facelift improves the signs of aging by repositioning sagging skin around the jowls, jaw, and neck to restore a more youthful contour. The goal of a face and neck lift is to rejuvenate the face without looking tight or unnatural, done through inconspicuous incisions around the hairline and behind the ears.
This procedure is often combined with blepharoplasty — eyelid surgery — and laser skin resurfacing to remove fine lines and wrinkles.

About facelift →Body contouring
Men store fat differently than women. Where a woman’s abdominal fat tends to be subcutaneous, beneath the skin, a man’s is usually more visceral — inter-abdominal. That distinction matters, because visceral fat cannot be treated with liposuction. Only diet and exercise reduce visceral fat.
That said, men can enjoy great results with liposuction of the subcutaneous fat they do have. Liposuction in the abdomen can reveal the contours of the abdominal muscles — sometimes called ab etching.
