"I saw Dr. Sandel for breathing and cosmetic concerns that resulted of my first rhinoplasty surgery (with another doctor). Dr. Sandel was very open to answering any questions and explained why the breathing issued occurred and how he would address it. I was very nervous about going through another surgery because of my not-so-great experience with my first rhinoplasty.
