Henry D. Sandel IV, MD, FACS
Double board-certified facial plastic surgeon
Dr. Sandel earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and completed medical school at the University of South Carolina, graduating with honors. He completed his residency in head and neck surgery at Georgetown University Medical Center, followed by advanced fellowship training in facial plastic surgery.
He has practiced in Annapolis since 2008, focusing on facelift, rhinoplasty, eyelid and brow lift, and skin health.

A graduate of Harvard University and Emory University School of Medicine, Dr. Duggal trained in Emory’s highly selective plastic and reconstructive surgery residency.
Her practice covers cosmetic breast and body surgery alongside non-surgical aesthetics, with a focus on natural, balanced results aligned to each patient’s goals.
