Skin Care Treatments

A plan built from an analysis of your skin rather than a shelf of products — in-office treatments, physician-dispensed regimens, and honest advice about which of the two you actually need.

Start with an analysis, not a product

Good skin care is sequential. What your skin needs in month one is rarely what it needs in month six, and the most expensive product on the shelf is not necessarily the one that will change anything for you.

Every skin care plan here begins with a complimentary analysis by one of our licensed aestheticians. We look at your skin type, barrier condition, pigment, texture, and sun history, then talk through what is realistic. Sometimes the answer is a treatment series. Sometimes it is three products used consistently for three months. We will tell you which.

Because the spa sits inside a plastic surgery practice, we can also tell you when skin care is not the right tool — when what is bothering you is laxity or volume rather than surface quality, and a conversation with a surgeon would serve you better than another serum.

Physician-dispensed products

The lines we carry are only available through a medical practice, at concentrations that require oversight. That is the point of buying them here rather than online: someone is watching how your skin responds and adjusting.

Before and after procedures

Preparing the skin before a laser treatment or surgery improves how it heals, and the right post-procedure regimen protects the result you paid for.

Tell your aesthetician what you have planned so products can be timed around it — some actives must be stopped before a procedure.

In-office treatments

Four ways we treat skin in the room.

Resurfacing

Chemical peels

Controlled exfoliation at a depth matched to your skin and your tolerance for downtime. Useful for pigment, congestion, and dullness, and often run as a series rather than a single visit.

About chemical peels →

Exfoliation

DiamondGlow

Simultaneous exfoliation, extraction, and infusion of a condition-specific serum. No downtime, which makes it the treatment most patients book before an event.

About DiamondGlow →

Collagen induction

Microneedling

Micro-channels that trigger your own collagen response, safe for all skin tones. The right answer for texture, acne scarring, and fine lines, with PRP available as an add-on.

About microneedling →

Light and laser

Laser and light treatments

Halo, Moxi, BBL Hero, and SkinTyte each solve a different problem. Which one suits you depends on your skin type, your concern, and how much downtime you can take.

How a regimen is built

Four steps, in this order.

01 · Analysis

A complimentary assessment of skin type, barrier condition, pigment, and sun history.

02 · Correct

Actives and in-office treatments aimed at the specific problem, introduced one at a time.

03 · Protect

Sunscreen and antioxidants, without which everything in step two is undone.

04 · Maintain

A simplified regimen and a maintenance treatment interval you can actually keep to.

Questions

Commonly asked.

Is the skin analysis really complimentary?+

Yes. The initial analysis and consultation with our aestheticians is complimentary, and it does not obligate you to buy products or book a treatment series.

Why buy skin care here rather than online?+

Physician-dispensed lines are sold at concentrations that require professional oversight, and counterfeit product is a genuine problem with medical-grade skin care sold through unauthorized online sellers. Buying here also means someone is tracking how your skin responds and adjusting the plan.

How long before I see a difference?+

Hydration and brightness often improve within a few weeks. Pigment, texture, and acne scarring change over months, not weeks, and require consistency more than intensity. We reassess every eight to twelve weeks.

Can I keep using the products I already have?+

Bring them to your analysis. Some will fit into the plan, some will conflict with what we add, and some are doing nothing. We would rather look at what you own than have you start over unnecessarily.

What if my concern is not really my skin?+

We will say so. Laxity, descent, and volume loss are not skin-surface problems, and no product or facial will correct them. In that case we will point you toward a consultation with Dr. Sandel or Dr. Duggal instead.
