Patient resources
Whether you are in need of some refreshing cosmetic options or addressing your reconstructive needs, our goal is always the same: quality, natural looking results provided in a warm friendly atmosphere.
We provide each patient with an extensive consultation, a comprehensive review of treatment options available, and long-term follow-up care to ensure optimal results.
New patients to our Annapolis cosmetic treatment center will receive a consultation. During this time you will have the opportunity to discuss your concerns and goals with our physicians and explore your treatment options.
15–20 minutes
For injectables, lasers, and skin health treatments at the medspa.
About 45 minutes
More in-depth sessions for facelift, rhinoplasty, breast surgery, or body contouring. These include photographs and digital imaging.
Every form and instruction sheet we hand patients, available to read or print whenever you need it — before surgery and long after.
Pre-operative instructions, medications to avoid, the nicotine waiver, and healing guidance.
General post-operative instructions plus a sheet for each procedure.
Informed consent for each procedure, read at home and signed in the office.
Peptide protocols, treatment menu, screening questionnaire, and consent.
The financial agreement signed before your surgery date.
For cosmetic procedures we offer financing through Cherry. Applying takes about a minute, uses a soft credit check that does not affect your credit score, and shows the plans you qualify for before you commit — from four interest-free payments over six weeks to monthly installments as long as sixty months, with 0% APR for those who qualify.
Financing & insurance details →Where a condition is a covered medical problem rather than a cosmetic one — a deviated septum or other nasal breathing disorder, an abnormal skin lesion, a skin cancer procedure, or a Mohs repair — we help patients seek reimbursement from their insurance company.
For those procedures we are an out-of-network provider. The anesthesiologist is often in network for problems deemed medically necessary and performed in our surgery center.
We accept
Whether a problem is medical or cosmetic is a clinical judgement, and it is often not obvious. The full list, how the billing works, and answers to the questions patients ask are on the insurance page.
Insurance and payment →Our surgery center, West Annapolis Surgery Center, is located in the same facility as our clinical practice and medical spa, in one 11,000 square foot building. Patients have the option for an overnight stay in one of our recovery suites the night after surgery.
If you are traveling to Annapolis for your procedure, call us and we will help coordinate the timing of your consultation, surgery, and follow-up visits around your travel.
Planning a trip here →Call (410) 266-7120Surgical consultations include photographs and digital imaging. Vectra 3D lets you preview likely outcomes on your own anatomy rather than someone else’s photographs, and gives you and your surgeon a shared, realistic picture of your goals.
01
Your visit begins with a VECTRA 3D picture session, capturing your natural shape from multiple angles. This creates the starting point for your aesthetic consultation.
02
Using simulation software with your 3D picture, your surgeon shows you possible results of the treatment. You can experiment with different looks until you find the one you want.
03
Once you have decided on the appearance you want, the simulation provides the basis for your surgical plan. Because you have already seen the result, you can be confident in the outcome.
