West Annapolis Medspa · Effective January 1, 2025
At West Annapolis Medspa, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service. We recognize the value of your time; therefore, effective January 1, 2025, all Medspa appointments will require a $50 deposit to secure your appointment time. This deposit will be applied to your final bill upon completion of your service at checkout. To ensure appointments run smoothly and on time, we will send appointment reminders via text message.
We kindly request that you provide our office with at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or modify your appointment. Failure to give at least 48 hours’ notice will result in your $50 deposit being applied as a cancellation fee.
We encourage you to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. If you expect to be late, please notify our office so we can make appropriate accommodations. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled based on your provider’s availability.
All services rendered at West Annapolis Medspa are non-refundable. We strive to deliver the best results for all our patients, but aesthetic service outcomes can vary for each individual. If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, we kindly ask that you contact our office within 7 days, and we will do our best to address any concerns.
For skincare products, all sales are final. If you experience a reaction to a product and are unable to continue its use, you have 30 days to return the product for a full refund. Additionally, if you purchase a defective product, you may exchange it within 30 days of purchase.
The clinic
Scheduling a consultation is $150. This fee is charged if the consultation is missed and 48 hours’ notice is not given.
Surgical practice · Financial agreement
These are the financial policies every surgical patient reviews and signs before a surgery date. The full agreement is available on the Patient Forms page.
More than 2 weeks before surgery
Reschedule with no fee or penalty. If you cancel, the $1,000 deposit may be applied toward services provided by the doctor.
Within 2 weeks of surgery
A $500 rescheduling fee applies. If you cancel, the $1,000 deposit is forfeited.
Same day as surgery
50% of the total cost of the procedure is forfeited.
No surgical result can be guaranteed, and certain problems — bleeding, an unfavorable scar — occur statistically no matter how skilled and careful the surgeon and team. As a predetermined courtesy, we do not charge a surgeon’s fee for complications or revisional surgery within 12 months of the original surgery date.
This courtesy applies to the surgeon’s professional fee. Anesthesia and facility fees are billed separately and in most cases are not waived; you remain responsible for these and for any other hospital or outpatient expenses. Whenever a revision or complication requires additional care, our team reviews the anticipated costs with you in advance. Some insurance policies cover revisions or complications — if you are insured, we encourage you to confirm your coverage with your carrier before scheduling, and our staff is glad to help you understand your estimate.
