Recovery

Recovery Peptide Protocol

BPC-157 + TB-500 — the Wolverine Recovery Stack

A physician-directed subcutaneous program designed to support the body’s natural recovery response after cosmetic surgery, athletic training, or soft-tissue strain. Programs typically run four to eight weeks, adjusted by goal and response. Every kit ships with individually dosed syringes, so you always know exactly what you’re injecting and when.

Typical dosing is BPC-157 at 200–500 mcg daily, with TB-500 at 2–5 mg per week split across one or two injections. Post-surgical recovery plans usually begin within 24–72 hours of surgery or at your first post-op visit; athletic and soft-tissue plans are dosed toward the demand you are putting on the tissue.

Every kit includes: supplies, injection teaching, storage instructions, a dose calendar, and follow-up guidance.

Experimental / off-label adjunct. Competitive athletes should disclose testing status before starting.

Energy

NAD+ + B12 Energy Program

A 4-week take-home kit for energy, mental clarity, and recovery

NAD+ plays a central role in how your cells produce energy and repair themselves. B12 supports normal neurologic function and red blood cell production. This program is built for patients who want steady, physician-directed support for everyday fatigue and mental clarity — not a one-time boost.

The Standard Energy Kit covers four weeks: 8 NAD+ syringes at 100 mg each, taken twice a week. The same kit is available with B12 added, which brings 4 further syringes taken once weekly. Dosing is individualised and adjusted at the four-week reassessment.

Every kit includes: prescription-based sourcing, individually dosed syringes, alcohol pads and supplies, injection teaching, storage instructions, a dose calendar, and provider-directed follow-up.

Persistent fatigue should be medically evaluated. This program supports wellness goals — it isn’t a diagnosis or a substitute for one.

Skin renewal

GHK-Cu Skin Renewal Topical

A topical program for fine lines, texture, and post-procedure recovery — with or without estradiol

GHK-Cu is a copper-binding peptide used topically to support collagen activity and skin remodeling. Patients who want additional support for skin thickness and elasticity can add low-dose estradiol, available after hormone-safety screening. Both formulations are compounded to your provider’s prescription and come with full application guidance.

Two formulations, supplied by the jar: the GHK-Cu Cream, for skin quality, fine lines, and texture, or the GHK-Cu + Estradiol Cream for enhanced skin renewal when appropriate, which requires hormone-safety screening first. Apply a thin layer to the face, neck, or chest nightly or two to three nights a week to start, increasing only as tolerated.

Every plan includes: prescription-based sourcing, application and storage guidance, post-procedure guidance, and provider-directed follow-up. Use a daily SPF — topical actives increase sun sensitivity.

Estradiol isn’t appropriate for every patient. See who should avoid it in our peptide therapy FAQ.

Weight management

Medical Weight Management

Weekly GLP-1 or GIP/GLP-1 injections, paired with nutrition and follow-up

Semaglutide and tirzepatide support appetite control and metabolic health through hormone-signaling pathways your body already uses. Every plan pairs weekly injections with protein and hydration goals, movement guidance, and regular check-ins — so your dose is adjusted to your response, not a fixed schedule.

Two options, both paired with Vitamin B6: Semaglutide + B6 for weekly GLP-1 support and appetite control, and Tirzepatide + B6 for GIP/GLP-1 support, which patients typically tolerate with fewer GI symptoms. Syringe size is adjusted to your dose as you titrate.

Every plan includes: prescription-based sourcing, 4 weekly prefilled syringes, supplies, injection teaching, and provider-directed follow-up.

Tell us before any upcoming surgery, anesthesia, or sedation so timing can be coordinated.

Metabolic health

Microdosed GLP-1

Low-dose weekly GLP-1, for metabolic health rather than weight loss

A separate program from Medical Weight Management, for patients who are already at a comfortable weight but want the metabolic benefits of GLP-1 signaling — steadier appetite and energy, reduced inflammation, and healthy-ageing support. Doses are kept well below weight-loss ranges, with the goal of maintaining your current weight rather than reducing it.

Low-dose semaglutide or tirzepatide, dosed weekly and titrated to the smallest amount that gives you the effect you are after. Because the dose is low, most patients tolerate it with minimal GI symptoms. It can be paired with Vitamin B6, and combined with the NAD+ and B12 program where energy is the primary goal.

Every plan includes: prescription-based sourcing, 4 weekly prefilled syringes, supplies, injection teaching, and provider-directed follow-up.

Not a weight-loss plan — if weight loss is your goal, Medical Weight Management is the right program. Tell us before any upcoming surgery, anesthesia, or sedation so timing can be coordinated.

How it works

Every program follows the same four steps.

Structure matters as much as the medication. Here is what happens before, during, and after you start.

01

Medical review

We review your history, medications, and goals before any plan begins.

02

Teaching & guidance

You’ll get hands-on instruction for safe injection or application technique.

03

Home schedule

You follow a clear dosing schedule on your own timeline, with supplies provided.

04

Reassessment

We check in and adjust your plan based on how you’re actually responding.

Straightforward about what we know

The evidence behind these treatments varies — and we will tell you exactly how.

Some of these therapies, like semaglutide and tirzepatide, are backed by large FDA-approved clinical trials. Others, like BPC-157 and TB-500, are promising but still considered experimental, off-label, and often compounded. We think you deserve to know the difference before you start.
