What it is

A 4-week take-home kit of individually dosed syringes: NAD+ 100 mg injected under the skin twice a week, with or without a weekly vitamin B12 injection. It is intended as supportive care for everyday energy, mental clarity, recovery, and healthy-aging goals. Although it is usually grouped with peptide wellness treatments, NAD+ is technically a coenzyme and B12 is a vitamin — neither is a peptide.

The science — how it works

Peptides are short chains of amino acids, the same building blocks that make up the proteins in your body. Many act as signaling molecules that tell cells what to do.

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is involved in cellular energy metabolism, mitochondrial function, and DNA-repair signaling — the machinery your cells use to turn nutrients into usable energy and to maintain themselves.

Vitamin B12 supports normal neurologic function and red blood cell production, and can be especially helpful for patients who are deficient. Given by injection, both bypass the digestive tract.

Why sourcing matters here

Product quality is a real, separate safety issue for NAD+. In late 2024 the FDA reminded compounding pharmacies that food-grade NAD+ is not appropriate for making sterile injectable products because of microbial and endotoxin contamination risk. In 2025 the FDA issued a Class I recall — its most serious category — for one manufacturer’s NAD+ injections after testing found elevated endotoxin levels. We source only from licensed, accredited compounding pharmacies that document sterility testing and a certificate of analysis for every batch.

What the evidence shows

Strong biology, limited outcomes data. That is the honest summary.

NAD+ is clearly important in cell biology. That does not by itself prove that injected NAD+ improves fatigue, cognition, or recovery for every patient.

Patient response varies widely. Some patients report improved energy or mental clarity within days; others notice little change.

B12 has the most established benefit in patients who are genuinely deficient.

We describe this program as supportive of wellness goals — not as a proven anti-aging or disease-modifying therapy.

Fatigue deserves a diagnosis first

Fatigue has many possible causes — thyroid disease, anemia, sleep apnea, depression, medication effects, and others. Persistent or worsening fatigue should be medically evaluated rather than assumed to be an NAD+ or B12 problem. This program supports wellness goals; it is not a diagnosis or a substitute for one.

How we dose it

Every plan runs 4 weeks. NAD+ is 100 mg per injection, twice weekly. The two kits are identical apart from one thing: whether a weekly vitamin B12 injection is included.

Standard Energy Kit

8 NAD+ syringes at 100 mg each, taken twice a week for 4 weeks.

Standard Energy Kit + B12

The same 8 NAD+ syringes, plus 4 vitamin B12 syringes taken once weekly.

Every kit includes prescription-based sourcing, individually dosed syringes, supplies, storage instructions, and a dose calendar, hands-on injection teaching, and follow-up guidance. Dosing is individualized after medical review and changed only by your provider. We reassess at 4 weeks.

Important notes

Possible side effects: nausea, flushing, lightheadedness, abdominal discomfort, or injection-site irritation. Inject slowly as taught.

Tell us before any surgery, anesthesia, or sedation, and about all medications and supplements.

Call us for severe abdominal pain, vomiting, dehydration, allergic reaction, chest pain, leg swelling, or signs of infection.

Store as instructed and never share syringes or adjust your own dose.

Results vary. These therapies are supportive tools, not guarantees. Some therapies may be compounded and/or prescribed off-label. This page does not replace medical consultation, informed consent, or your provider’s instructions.
