Background
Bailey Lusby is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and nearly five years of experience in medical-surgical and acute care nursing. With three years of experience in aesthetic medicine, she brings a strong clinical foundation and a passion for the intersection of science, aesthetics, and artistry.
At the Sandel Duggal Center for Plastic Surgery, Bailey serves as both an Aesthetic Nurse Injector and Plastic Surgery Nurse Liaison. She guides patients through every stage of their surgical experience, from initial consultations and preoperative preparation to postoperative care and recovery, prioritizing thoughtful communication and individualized support throughout their journey.
In aesthetic medicine, Bailey provides full-face neuromodulator and dermal filler treatments. Her approach emphasizes facial harmony, refined enhancements, and natural-looking results that complement each patient’s unique features. She believes exceptional aesthetic care combines clinical expertise with an artistic eye, creating results that feel balanced, intentional, and true to the individual.
Bailey is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing to become a Family Nurse Practitioner, with a particular interest in aesthetics and dermatology. She is committed to advancing her knowledge and providing patient-centered care grounded in safety, precision, and continued education.
Outside of the office, Bailey enjoys spending time with family and friends. As one of six siblings, family has always been an important part of her life. She is passionate about women’s health, wellness, and the role of aesthetic medicine in helping patients feel confident in their own skin.
